Custom Tile Order Form
Once your order is received, I will connect with you via phone, text, or email to confirm spelling, glass colors, paint and grout colors.
Projects are completed within 3-5 days depending on size and workload. I can either ship your tile (additional fee) or deliver within Oregon, WI or we can arrange a pick it up at the Fitchburg Farms Winter Market now through 12/19.
